What Is An Individual Lease?
Back To TopIndividual leases represent independence. When you lease an apartment at Inspire Atlanta, you’ll sign your own individual lease agreement. That means you’re responsible solely for your portion of the rent and not your roommates’. The rent you pay pertains exclusively to your bedroom and your share of the unit’s total cost. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
Is A Guarantor Required?
Back To TopYes. At Inspire Atlanta, we require residents to have a guarantor to sign a lease. Guarantors are third parties who ensure timely and full payment of the rent. Contact us today to learn more!
Do Apartments Come Furnished?
Back To TopYes! Each of our GT student apartments comes fully furnished! Living rooms at Inspire Atlanta have a sofa, coffee table, and media stand. Kitchens boast barstool seating, granite countertops, a large basin sink with a faucet sprayer and garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances, including an oven with a full stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a bed with a full-size memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, a desk, a chair, and standard closet shelving. Bathrooms have quartz surface vanities and shower wall panels. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, track lighting, an in-home stackable washer and dryer, and USB power outlets!

Is Parking Available?
Back To TopYep! Residents of Inspire Atlanta have exclusive access to secure, covered parking. To discuss securing your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to inquire about getting your spot as soon as possible.
Is There Security On-Site?
Back To TopOur residents’ peace of mind is our number one priority. We provide a number of on-site services, including a parking garage with secured access and an On-Site Courtesy Officer to help keep the community secure.
Are Pets Allowed?

Where Does My Mail Go?
Back To TopEach of our GT apartments has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building, located near the resident lounge and leasing office. If a package doesn’t fit in the unit’s mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office, where staff will keep it safe until you’re ready to pick it up.
How Do I Pay My Rent?
Back To TopWe make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Rent can be paid entirely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.
How Do I Make A Maintenance Request?
Back To TopSubmitting a maintenance request is easy. To submit a maintenance request, all residents must do is navigate to the “maintenance” tab of our community’s resident portal. There, residents can submit new maintenance requests, see a log of past requests, and track each request’s status.
Who Can Access The Amenities?
Back To TopOur Georgia Tech off campus housing community’s amenities are exclusively for the use of residents and their guests.
